
Rishika is an amazing 28 year old girl living with cerebral palsy and autism spectrum disorder. She is the definition of a fighter; she battles her physical and mental disabilities every minute of every day. She is the light of her family's life and brings joy to their home every day of the year. She is the inspiration behind Rishika's Resource Room. We want to give people of all ages the chance to succeed despite any physical or mental limitations. We are empowering every ability.

Co-founder, CEO, and Chief Medical Officer
Mohit is an Emergency Medicine resident physician in Vancouver, BC. He is an experienced philanthropist, having co-founded the YNOTFORTOTS Society. He is also a highly published scientific researcher and is a Forbes 30 under 30 in healthcare and a Governor General Gold Medalist. Most importantly, he is Rishika's brother.

Co-founder and Chief of Resource Acquisition
Ginger is a dedicated mom to both Rishika and Mohit. She has devoted her life to caring for Rishika as her primary caregiver. Her and Rishika's bond is unbreakable, and she has helped Rishika throughout her life during doctors appointments, surgeries, and day-to-day life. She now wants to help other children and adults similar to Rishika.

Chief of Community Engagement
Kiran is a soon to be teacher in Vancouver, BC. She is incredibly passionate about improving the lives of her students and loves working with children. She is very devoted to helping those with both physical and cognitive disabilities. She is also Rishika's future sister-in-law.
